Services / Change Launch
Your big news, understood by every employee.
For a new strategy, a restructure or a major announcement. I write the message, brief your leaders, equip your managers and check it has landed, in the office and on site.

Is this for you?
This fits if…
- You have a new strategy, restructure, merger or major change to announce
- Part of your workforce rarely sees email or the intranet
- You need people to understand not just what is changing, but why, and what it means for them
What's included
Say it. Share it. Sustain it.
Everything follows my three-part running order.
Say it
- Core messaging in plain English, and a line people can repeat
- Leadership event plan and running order, such as a Strategy Day or town hall
- Presentation decks and scripts for your CEO and leadership team
- Presenter briefings and Q&A preparation
Share it
- Manager cascade pack: slides, talking points and FAQs for team meetings
- All-staff email, intranet page and posts for your HR platform
- Field and frontline channels, such as WhatsApp signposting, posters and screens
Sustain it
- A short survey to check understanding after launch
- A follow-up plan to keep the message alive at future town halls
How it works
Step by step.
- Week 1
Brief. I meet your leadership team to understand the change and who it affects.
- Weeks 2–3
Say it. I write the messaging, decks and scripts, and refine them with you.
- Weeks 4–5
Launch. Your leaders present, and managers receive their cascade packs.
- Weeks 5–6
Share it. The message goes out through every channel, office and field.
- Weeks 6–8
Sustain it. I measure understanding and hand over a plan to keep it going.
The outcome
A workforce that can explain the change in its own words, and managers who felt equipped to brief their teams.
Proof
A three-year strategy, understood across office and field
Half the staff worked in the field. I distilled the three-year strategy into three pillars and a strapline, wrote the C-suite's six Strategy Day presentations for 90 leaders, and gave every manager a pack to brief their teams. 480 staff attended the All Hands, around 500 field staff were reached through their managers, and colleagues could repeat the strapline word for word.
FAQ
Questions people ask.
Can you handle a restructure, including redundancies?
Yes. I have written restructure communications, including the CEO's script and talking points on sensitive people matters, and I work closely with HR on timing and wording.
What if our timeline is tighter than six weeks?
I delivered a full restructure communications plan in my first two weeks at my last role. Tell me your date and I'll tell you what's realistic.
Will you present to staff yourself?
Usually no. People need to hear it from their own leaders. I write the material, brief the presenters and run the event behind the scenes.
