Onboarding. I meet your leaders, review your channels and agree priorities.

Plan. We agree what's coming up and what needs to be said.

Check-ins. I stay close to what's happening across the business and shape communications around it.

Review. We look at what's working and adjust the plan.

Weekly counsel to the C-suite
I met the directors and C-suite every week to shape communications. When accidents rose over the summer, I ran safety-reporting reminders and training, and accident reporting rose afterwards. I also wrote the CEO's bi-monthly town halls and progress presentations for the CEO, Chief People Officer and CFO.

Can I change the number of days?
Yes. Move between Core and Extended with a month's notice.
Will you come on site?
Yes, for town halls, leadership meetings and site visits across Hertfordshire, North London and the Home Counties. Travel further afield is charged at cost.
What happens after three months?
The plan rolls monthly, with one month's notice on either side.
